  1. When I did Weight Watchers, flex points did not exist! I wish they had. As someone who lost about 40 lbs on WW and kept it off since 2003, I will say that this program WORKS if you are willing to be honest with yourself and REALLY follow it. Not to sound cliche', but it is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I still remember the points value of so many foods and will never stop being a nutrition label reader (much to my 12 year-old's dismay). I love this blog, you girls ROCK!!!
